They are meetings in communities all over the nation taking place today in protest to all of these bailouts etc being done with the peoples money even though the people are against them.

Taxation without representation in a sense.

I haven't heard any specific groups but I have heard that there are those who plan on causing trouble and/or positioning themselves near the cameras and making the whole thing look bad.

They are very limited. First of all, they don't get up before noon and they have to watch Oprah. That leave very little time to Organize.

I won't be attending.

Oddly enough D4T, we're in disagreement on this one.

I'm opposed to the stimulus spending. I cringe at what the economy is going to most probably be like when the dust settles from this. But I don't think the TEA parties are going to effectively communicate what needs to be communicated right now.
