I saw a youtube video of some radio show host or something stating all cultures are NOT equal. The list of comments as a result were basically callling her a racists. Race is not culture. Just because a culture might be or seem inferior to someone in some areas does not make that person a racist.

I agree that Race is not Culture.
And I think my culture is best of course.
Seriously though, having not seen the video myself, I can't give a fair assessment but I would say if you start to pit one culture against another, or better than another, you're likely to raise some ire. It's a very touchy subject with some blurred lines.

.........What is the culture of America? We are a country of immigrants, but don't we have "An American Culture"?...Not a culture defined from where our ancestors came from in Europe, Asia, or Africa - or anywhere else?

Here is the official, certified answer from the answers department of the "Know it all Foundation of America" or "KFA" for short.
Studies have shown that all cultures are NOT equal when compared in a literal setting.
One culture shines above and beyond the norm, and is indeed quite superior to all the others.
This superior culture is the "Redneck" culture.
It dominates in every aspect.
It transcends all political parties, races, countries, sports and regions.
It has been proven that individuals who are of the Redneck culture can fix anything with just two items, Duct tape and WD40.
"If it don't move, an it's posed too, use WD40. If it moves an it ain't posed too, use duct tape" is one oft used quotes of wisdom from the grass roots members of this culture.
This select group of people are known for their ability to survive in adverse conditions. Some of their virtues Include but are not limited to :
Surviving in the wild with very few provisions.
Defending those in their care with extreme measures when needed.
A determination to overcome despite the odds.
A deep love of country and freedom.
A great respect of military and Devotion to their God.
Diverse opinions on a wide range of subjects.
A high regard for the females of their species, the elderly, and children.
They have been known to "fight at the drop of a hat" if someone disrespects or harms one of their elderly, children, or women. Sometimes they drop the hat .
These elite individuals boast members from every race, financial background and family history.
They are sometimes confused by those who are unaware of their true standing, with a few of the far inferior cultures such as the "White trash" culture, the "unwashed and ignorant" culture, and a few others of which we cannot speak.
While there are a few limited similarities, the cultures are drastically different.
It is a little known fact that many individuals actually are a part of this elevated culture, yet they themselves are not aware of it.
There may be, in fact, some reading this certified document, that are unaware of their superior status as a member of the elite, the unequaled, the "Redneck" culture!
IMO - cultures are not equal and by saying so does not make me a racist. For instance, take the culture of Papua New Guinea that is only about 50 years removed from cannibalism. There is no way anyone could fairly say their culture is equal to the culture of their not too far away neighbors in Australia. In fact, there are several different cultures within Australia and they are not equal. It has nothing to do with race but rather with primitive natives versus cultured, modern, city slickers who have the ability to pursue education.
