Are the McCains' Cursed?

John McCain owns 7 homes and 13 vehicles. McCain's wife made millions from distributing Budweiser beer.

Doesn't the bible say, "cursed is the man that gives his brother drink"???

Many conservatives have criticized the Kennedys for the same reason. Making their fortune from booze.

John McCain is no Ted Kennedy.

What book, chapter and verse is this passage? I can't find it anywhere.

I'm still looking, but I'm sure I heard it preached in this message:

Well if you're gonna say its in the Bible, its probably best to make sure it's in the Bible first, before you actually say that it is.

It doesn't matter who preaches in their sermon that it's in the book. What matters is whether or not it's actually in there.

Anyway...for the record, I don't think there's any such scripture. Not that you have to take my word for it, but I've read thru the Bible several times, and don't remember seeing that verse of scripture.

Nah, they'll be fine. They charge their brother for his drink, to cover their material, labor, overhead, and a reasonable profit. This curse is for those fools who give the stuff away.

Let's add some clarity to this: It isn't the "same reason."

Many conservatives have criticized the Kennedys because they made their fortune from an illegal booze smuggling operation.

Ever since the 21st amendment was ratified, the McCain's little booze enterprise has been perfectly legal.
