I Met This Guy Today!

He came in our store with his wife and two beautiful girls. He bought a grand piano from me!

Some of you know him as the 5th place finisher on American Idol last year! Phil Stacey.

Me and him share a first name! (Phil is not his first name!)

I also found out that he attended Lee University and is great friends with our music director at Christ Church. In fact, he attends Christ Church a lot!

He's a very nice guy in person. He talked some about being recognized wherever he goes. He said he doesn't mind folks coming up to him for autographs, etc.

He didn't go much into the AI experience, but he pointed at his youngest daughter and said that he missed her birth while he was on the show! His mom almost had a heart attack while he was on the show!

I really liked him and was cheering for him, just because I knew he was a Lee grad and a good Christian guy. They were really endorsing him on the Christian radio programs.
