The AFA is the American Family Association. Don Wildmon, a United Methodist pastor (maybe former United Methodist by now) heads up the group. They started out as huge anti-pornography activists and have branched out on the services or outreaches that they do.
They were the first to have folks sit through movies and television programs and count the blasphemies and incidences of sex and violence. All through the late 70's, 1980's and 1990's the AFA Journal was my only guide to what was happening on the silver screen and on television.

This conference is being held in Orlando, Florida. I found out about it from
American Family Association, founded by Don Wildmon. It is live this evening
and will be streamed again tomorrow also. I am watching it and it is very good.
It is eye opening as to how America started out as a Christian nation but has
come so far away. There is some great information. I would suggest for all that
can to watch this conference, Rediscovering God in America.

This conference is on again! Started at 7:20 am.
It would do folks good to listen to some very important
information about the future of America!
We can learn something from others. I will tell you for
certain, we do not know everything!!
