Define Apostolic.

If you mean oneness it would/was be Arthur M. Brazier or Noel Jones by a long shot compared the anything in the UPCI.
If you want to count T.D. Jakes he would be the winner in that case.

Re: Largest apostolic church in the U.S.?
Do I really have to define apostolic? Those that still hold on to the holiness standards and core beliefs of the upc/wpf. May be even independent like the Bro. Holmes NLR.

Well if you tighten the circle down to that criteria, its Haney and CLC for the win.
The largest in the world is the Jesus Miracle Crusade in Manilla, Phillipines with Bishop Almeda. 40-50k in attendance weekly. They hold to standards and teaching, but dislike the UPCI missionaries for the most part due to some past stuff.
If you went by fastest increase in attendance it would be probabally be the Jones Brothers in Humble Texas, but they don't hold to the UPCI "standards".

Re: Largest apostolic church in the U.S.?
Up until October 2007 his church was a member of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World (PAW), headquartered in Indiana. He has parted ways with that church because of a major doctrinal disagreement. Brazier believes in Eternal Security, a doctrine which is rejected by the PAW.
Yeah.... you could say he is in heresy!

Well, yes, you have to define Apostolic. Some consider anyone who preaches Acts 2:38 Apostolic, but as you've explained, you're throwing the standards in there too, thanks for the clarification.

I used to watch A. Brazier's services on the net. It is QUITE different that what a traditional Pentecostal Church would be. The musicians wear tuxedos ALL the time when playing and the traditional Gospel music or 'black' Gospel music is not found there. I stopped watching him when he declared George W. Bush and Co. to be murders and liars. I was taken aback a little. I was watching Fox News Channel before the last Presidentail election and it was after the whole Jeremiah Wright deal. He had Obama there and came out in support of him and 'his brand of politics'. That was the LAST straw there. I am ok if you want to have the nominees at your congregation ala Rick Warren, but calling our current (at the time) Prez a killer and a liar is bad, but coming out in voice for someone that is KNOWN to run with people of socialist mindsets is too much for me.
One thing I can say about Arthur M Braizer is that he can delieve a message! All else aside he is and was a GREAT speaker! He has since retired and turned the reigns to his son.

Re: Largest apostolic church in the U.S.?
Whenever I watch the live broadcast POA seems to have a larger congregation than CLC.
