Kinsey is back. The present man is stepping down in April I think. When Kinsey left this Church of 700 had a midweek service of just less than 100 they said.

Kinsey is a good man. Been a faithful man to that Church.

can you verify this ? the story i heard was, sis W got up while Bro W was out of town and took a vote to get bro K back ?? and told the folks that her husband was not feeling well and not thinking properly or something to that effect

It is quite accurate.Brother Kinsey is back at the helm of FPC.I have family there.Apologies were made and Thad is on the money on this one.Thank God because the church litterally walked out.Only about thirty five at midweek service not one hundred.We were crying over it.God is good though and the church family is coming back together.The Welches are fine people and we have known them for years.The Kinseys are also fine people.Sister Kinsey and I are from the same hometown in La.This is stress relief for us as my mom in law and many family members attend that church.It was horrible to witness.FPC is a soulwinning church and the devil hates it.
This is a lesson for all of us.If the enemy can tear up the flock he will.

I find it odd that Sis. W would get up and take a vote? Unless specific bylaws approve this I can't find it remotely a legal action. So you are saying that Sis. W got up and called for this vote?

That is that in the point that I was questioning. The 'less than one hundred' was already acknowledged... even though I had no clue it was that low.
