GOD looks on the heart.
1 Sam.16
[6] And it came to pass,
when they (the Sons of Jesse) came,
that Samuel looked on Eliab and said:
Surely the LORD's anointed is before him.
[7] But the LORD (Jesus, the God of the Prophets),
said to Samuel:
Do not look on his countenance (appearance),
or on the height of his stature
because I (the LORD = Jesus), have refused him.
because the LORD (the Father and Jesus ),
do not see like man sees.
Man looks on the outward (physical) appearance,
but the LORD (Jesus and the Father),
look on the heart (character).

John.7 Jesus to the Jews:
[24] Do not Judge according to the appearance,
but judge righteous (correct) judgment.

People appearing to be the same
BUT of different heart
and known by GOD and Christ.

Matt.13
[24] Another parable Jesus put forth to them,
saying:
The kingdom of heaven,
is similar to a man who sowed good seed in his field
[25] But while men (all people) slept,
his enemy came and sowed (look alike) tares,
among the wheat
and went his way.
[26] But when the blade (wheat) sprung up,
and brought forth fruit,
then the tares also appeared.
[27] So the servants of the householder,
came and said to him:
Sir, didn’t you sow good (quality) seed in you field
from where does it have tares?
[28] He said to them:
My enemy has done this.
The servants asked him:
Then will you (allow us),
that we go and gather them up?
[29] But he said:
Nay;
lest while you gather up the tares,
you root up the wheat also with them.

[30] Let both grow together until the harvest
and in the time of harvest,
I will say to the reapers:
Gather together >> firstly the tares
and bind them in bundles (groups) to burn them
but gather the wheat into my barn.

Eph.4
[4] There is ONE body, (one likeminded group)
and ONE Spirit (or mind like Christ),
even like you are called (by the Father),
in ONE hope.
[5] ONE Lord, (Jesus the Mighty God #2)
ONE faith, (in BOTH the Father and his Son)
ONE baptism, (calling on Jesus, from under the water)
[6] ONE (TRUE) GOD and Father of everyone,
who is superior to all (including Jesus),
and through everyone
and in everyone (by his Spirit).

[7] But (the only difference is):
to every one of us,
is given grace,
according to the measure (the amount),
of the Gift (of the Spirit of GOD) of/ from Christ.
