Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Well...since I cooked Sat and Sun while the kids were home and packed up most of the leftovers to send home with them....it's probably gonna be a fried bologna sandwich with fresh ripe tomatoes!!!

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Since I grilled filet mignon for lunch with mashed potatoes dressed with cheddar cheese and french onion dip and cantalope, and watermelon, there were not much left over.

Ceral, sandwich, maybe get motivated to cook some veggies from the garden???

who knows, weather here may get bad so have to wait and see.

My wife got me again. She made a low-carb "mashed potato" dish. She used cauliflower and cream instead of the potatoes. I must admit that it did taste a lot like mashed potatoes. At first I was all set to file for divorce on grounds of cruel deception.

I would hate that. I did a lot of it getting ready to move, and I was so tired of eating out.
