Because the manuscript they are translating from omits the verse.

The whole situation with the minority text is that they were the least circulated. The majority text on the other hand which includes the verse were more frequently used. Since the majority text was more circulated, used by the Western and well as the Eastern Churches (including the Syrian church) then we should have no doubt that the verses which may be missing in the minority text were evidently in the majority text.

My mobile phone speaks Elizabethan English. Often when I swype in "you" it will change it to "thou." It's accurate and my husband, who I am usually texting, understands KJV, so I leave it most of the time. I guess my phone is saved.

Must mean your phone is anointed, inspired, sanctified, electrified, King Jamesified, and inerrant.

So would we not conclude then that the minority text is not an accurate representation of the Word of God? And thus is prone to errors, omissions, and/or additions?

T-Mobile... I was delivered from the spirit of Sprint when I stopped doing customer service for them! Hallelujah!

I'm NEXTEL, I was grandfathered into Sprint. I believe I'm still with no contract.
