Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Tonight, I made a roast, mashed potatoes, brown gravy, green beans & carrots, broccoli with parmesan cheese and homemade coconut meringue pie. I am so full, but it was yummy!!!! After we ate, I put the leftovers (except the pie!) in the crock pot, added a few things, and will have good beef stew tomorrow.

Re: What's for Dinner Tonight?

Eddie's gone tonight, so I'm fixing turkey cutlets and oven roasted Parmesan potatoes, sugar snap peas and California blend veggies. Zac is the only one eating besides me, because Rodney is fasting today.

I am so "up to here" with tilapia it ain't even funny! My wife has a tendency to make foods the exact same way every single time. We love fish, and really liked the tilapia, but enough is enough! I told her not to make it any more until she can find a different way to make it. We haven't had this baked fried chicken in a long time, so it should be good.
