RD, for the sake of this discussion, "trusting God" refers to not going to see a doctor and relying solely on prayer.
I realize that's the way you are using it. I just want to understand your position. Seems that if an emergency arises you don't hold to that premise........depending on the severity of the situation.

It seems to me that it is you who is making it an either/or situation, not me.
Rico, didn't you say-"As long as people have a choice in going to doctors or trusting God, there is no post that will settle the issue. People are always going to have differing opinions on this issue."
It's seems that here's the false dilemma.

I think that it is pretty ridiculous that people don't trust God completely to heal them, especially when says, "For we walk by faith, not by sight".
God is my judge and it doesn't matter what anyone else says. My son trusts God completely even though many people on here don't. People on here like to ridicule Apostolics who don't believe in taking medication and going to the doctor, because it is the natural(carnal) thing to do.
You fail to realize that He answers everytime.
Responses like this are what makes it difficult for people to have a discussion with you. It helps if you 'listen'.

I've already defined "trusting God" for you, as it pertains to this discussion. If you want to read more into it than what I've explained, knock yourself out.

I agree.
I can see a doc, take meds, and trust God all at the same time!!

You people are something else, especially those of you in the medical profession. You act as if we are required to use your services. The medical profession isn't the be all and end all when it comes to the human body. God is more than capable of taking care of His creation without your help.
