So you think the doctors are being paid off to lie ??
Thad, you aren't getting it. How can the docs even know? How can they tell?
For instance, if someone comes in claiming to have liver cancer and are prayed for, how can the docs pronounce them healed without doing tests?
If someone comes in claiming to have a seizure disorder and then are 'healed', how do the doctors know?
I'm a nurse. I have people ask my opinion from time to time. I don't mind and help out when I can.
However, there are people who think I have a cure-all answer. One friend told me about cold symptoms she'd had for a month and she'd been on two different antibiotics. She asked me what she should do for her sickness.
I told her, "Go see your doctor."
That's what Benny should be telling these people who claim healing.

when people come up to testify, in cases like cancer, THEY report the healing. they say something like a Heat came and the pain completley lifted. It's THEIR WORDS
in other cases, people that are in wheel chairs, blind or deaf people are checked out for verification while they are in line BEFORE they come up

Verification? How do they determine that one is a paraplegic by looking at them? Throw them on the floor and see if they get up? Hit them in the knee and see if they feel it?
For deafness, do they scream in the person's ear and check for a reaction?
For blindness, do they flick them in the face with their fingers to see if they blink?
Thad, there is more to a diagnosis than looking at someone and proclaiming an illness. The same process has to be gone through again to declare healing.

HO, if a blind man came to one of our churches or a paraplegic, would we do a test on them to see if they was Really what they say they was as if they are lying ? shoud we have a doctor on with a medical facility in the back to verify whether they should be allowed to have prayer or not?
if someone is that starved for attention, then there is a mental problem. I don't blame the church or any ministry for someone who comes up and fakes a healing.
I think most doctors can quickly tell if a person is truely a paraplegic or not though. outward diagosis can be done quickly as opposed to testing of bodily fluids
The article below should leave little doubt about "Pastor" Benny's motives.
In March 2005, Ministry Watch, an independent evangelical organization which reviews Christian ministries for financial transparency and efficiency and advises potential donors accordingly, issued a Donor Alert stating that "the reported exorbitant spending of the Hinn family reveals that BHM has far more money than it needs to carry out its ministry" and advising Christians to "prayerfully consider withholding contributions to Benny Hinn" while praying for his restoration and repentance.[6] Benny Hinn Ministries is not a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability.[7]
Hinn lives in an ocean-front mansion valued at an estimated $8.5 million in an exclusive gated community in Dana Point, California, travels by private aircraft, and stays in hotel rooms costing upwards of $3,000 per night.[8] In December 2006, he sent out a mailing asking for donations towards a new Gulfstream G4SP jet valued at an estimated $36 million.[9]
Starting in June of 2007, at the end of his This is Your Day program, Hinn stated he is behind in his bills to TBN and said he needs "your love gifts" so he can become current and continue to preach the gospel around the world. Hinn stated the cost of his worldwide crusades and the increased price of everything else has left him financially behind in his bills, but says TBN founders Paul and Jan Crouch have been very supportive.
Currently this ministry is receiving a "F" rating (0-70) in financial transparency from Ministry Watch.[10]
On August 24, 2007 the CBC Television show the fifth estate did a special on the apparent transgressions committed by Benny Hinn's ministry. With the aid of hidden cameras and crusade witnesses, the producers of the show attempted to demonstrate Benny's misappropriation of funds, his fabrication of the truth and , the way in which his staff chose crusade audience members to come on stage for televised healings.According to the show the seriously disabled who attend his healings are interviewed and then weeded out from ever getting the chance to come on stage. Instead, those who have minor injuries are brought up in their place. Benny Hinn claims proof from the faithful's doctors that healings have been successful. However according to the show none of these doctor notes have ever been produced as evidence to his claims.
Hinn made a number of unfulfilled (religious) prophecies for the 90s, such as God will destroy America's homosexual community in 1995 or the death of Fidel Castro,[11] election of the first female president of the USA,[12] the east coast will be devastated by earthquakes,[11] etc., all before the 3rd millennium.

JT, I can read the bible too. I know what happens with anointing....
you didnt answer my quesiton. how do you know the guy is anointed? did you get that from watching him or is this something you have come to in prayer and fasting?
where is brother Epley when I need him.
Im not going to Challenge God on what he chooses to do, but i am going to be pretty slow to pronounce anointing on someone who wouldnt know the truth standing on a bible looking at God. (yea that came from Jeff)
These signs shall follow them that believe. I personally do not care if he is anointed or not, though I see the fruit of the tree. I have a question for you though, how do you know he is NOT anointed?

Chosen, it really should leave little doubt. Unfortunately, it's not enough. The evidence matters little when the show is good.

In CONTEXT this portion of Scripture refers to God's promises to Israel and that He won't forget them.
So you think that God's gifts and callings are with repentance except for Israel? That is crazy. God's mercy and grace is simple. There are alot of people in the OP group that says you can lose the HG, but it is a gift. You can not lose a gift from God unless you give it away. You must revisit the gift to know/remember how to use it. But you can not lose it. IMO

RD, You are a keeper... now if you were just a Oneness Pentecostal I would desire to sit at your feet, Rabbi.
