We have 2 huge palm tree and there are several hundred year old oak trees.
There are many old oak trees in the neighborhood.
A very old neighborhood, the man across the street is about 80 and told me he mowed the grass at our house when he was a teenager. He said a doctor lived there.
He gave us some history about the house.

well I think they just kept the grass cut and did nothing else.

I did like the palms! I was thinking of doing that here, but keep putting it off.

I do like the glassed in patio area. Would the weather vary in that room and ruin the tuning on your piano? I can picture Spanish tile and wicker furniture in that room. Hibiscus and fern prints. What fun! A tray with tall glasses of iced tea with lemon.
