I am not making this a north v south thing. The white supremacy thoughts where thoughts that came up during the 13th amendment debate.

Sorry, but you can't move the goal posts in the middle of the game. You were responding to my previous post which did not mention the 13th amendment.

Since you still seem to be so interested in this thread, let me ask you. Do you believe secession to be illegal per the Constitution? Do you believe that the individual States were sovereignties?

Now you are changing the whole argument. Lets sum it up here. I thought this was about slavery and how it wasnt that bad and roots was all made up to make it seem worse than it was. For you to try and even make that argument is pathetic.

And I did not make that argument about Roots. The article cited Afro-American scholars.
