Whether because he refused to work with Al-Maliki's demand to have legal jurisdiction over U.S. Forces or if he was concerned with getting America out a hole we should never have been in to begin with, President Obama pulled America out of Iraq and I say, good riddance!

It was already set when the US would draw down before obama became president.

Solar - terrible damage to the environment in the manufacturing process.
Batteries - again such terrible damage to the environment that you cannot even make them in the US.

Coal going out of business sucks... I live right beside coal country va and west va. I'm bracing for our light bills to skyrocket soon. Coal produces too much of American electricity to just regulate it out of business and have no consequences.

We can. There are ways we can do things but nobody wants to. There are towers that have sensors that can sense approaching people and then sends out a sonic "screech" that is so unbearable they have to turn back. We wouldn't need a fence

More like in small "en masse"...several large groups

Have we just been collecting kids like pokemon cards for such a time as this? Is it a very recent development to have so many kids unaccompanied at our border and were they unaccompanied for most or all of their trip?

Children have been coming over. This is a recent surge. That has to make you wonder what changed.

I am also thinking that these children may have been coached to not divulge identifying information and some of them could very well simply just not know-- but maybe I am wrong about this, I just don't know.

It's being reported we know what nations they come from

Whatev's.

You're the type that wants to blame the President for the red light cameras in your town! The problem at border has been a problem for years. It has become very bad and the President and Congress needs to come together to do something substantial to fix the issue now.

But you don't really want the problems to be fixed in a bi-partisan manner.

You want what you want.

You and the House of Reps have forgotten it takes compromise to govern a nation like America.

For the record, I'd probably not smile either if I were Governor Perry. It is a serious problem and it takes the Legislative and Executive Branch to fix the problem.
