Since my parents were in the process of divorcing, she tossed the TV out and we never had one in our home as long as I lived there.

Of course, now times have changed and she has a TV in every room, complete with satellite.....ROFL!
I was looking at a cartoon this afternoon - Ice Age The Meltdown. It says, "You're crazy a** mother." Doodoo bugs saying, Cr**.

I was also amazed to hear the cats say, Da** on Stuart Little. Far cry from the book I read in Elementary School!

Movies nowadays are awful for the kids. Even Shrek, which I like, uses words that mean one thing but are used to mean another.

Like the donkey being referred to as an a$$, but not meaning donkey!

I hate when they try to get those words in like that thinking the kids won't catch on. Yeah, right. My kids caught it, and they never hear that kind of language!

It's funny how you hear kids AND adults use words at church and you know it started on some of the shows. For instance "butt" was what everyone was using for a while and now it's and "cr**". I hear lots of people saying, "cr**".
