I just can't get over six grand juries not finding anything to prosecute...so we have six juries who say nothing here and one that says there is...
Hopefully the appeals process will straighten this out.

Well, I think it has more to do with an over zealous Prosecutor. This isn't the first case where the government has done that.

Yep.
I'd have to add, dis-honest prosecutor to the over zealous.
They're more poltically motivated then justice motivated in these type of cases, imo.

I agree with that. But I think that is harder to prove. And that is really sad.

No law was broken, it is not unlawful for a PAC to give money to the party, and it is not unlawful for the party to give money to candidates. The HAMMER was a Democratic buttkicker, and they dug and dug and pushed Earle to go after him. A bunch of sore losers!!!
