Perfect example of ignorance. They make a false dicotomy. Fly with molestation or not fly. The 3rd option is fly without sexual harassment.

We are arguing with gubment drone mentalities. Into a power trip.
The guy that complained has the right to leave the airport and not be chased after with a threat of fines for walking.

Some good lawyer will have a payday on threatening people with fines.

So now the false dicotomy is fly and get molested or walk to your car and get fined for $11,000 dollars and not fly. One of the law firms in my office building had 200 lawyers. They relocated a couple years ago to another office park. If they wanted, they could have a heydey with this in class action suits. A lot of the gubment damage settlements punitive damages would come from the treats and insults out of the mouths of the TSA and related workers.

But, I can't have my car searched without a warrant as long as I'm abiding by the law and not everyone else is being pulled over?

if you are just driving and a cop decides to pull you over he had better have some probable cause.

cops can invent probable cause... they do have to provide their reasoning.

So then my point that driving may indeed be a privilage just like flying, but my car can't be searched without probable cause, is valid at least to some extent?

What then is the probabe cause for TSA to scan and do pat down searches?
Shouldn't we be aware of what those are?

Below are parts 1-4 of the video John Tyner took. The TSA has said that they plan on filing a civil law suit and fining John for either $10k or $11k.

John has lawyers lined up to do the case pro bono. He will fight it if TSA actual files the suits.

Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and other unskilled jobs do better.

Re: How the TSA shakes down a fully armed squad

Since we're on the topic, and this is my professional realm, I have to share this.

I processed a guy working for an airport vendor yesterday. Part of the process requires that he be issued creds to park in a secured area on the airport. Well, his application didn't include a license plate number. That bit of information is required so I had to deny him access. I told him, "If you can bring me the license plate tomorrow, I can issue the access to park in the secured area." Well, today the guy walks into my office actually holding his license plate! lol

Pizza Hut and Taco Bell come nowhere close. Stand up and deliver Coadie. I do this for a living. You said it, now demonstrate that you know what you're talking about.
