Yes; it was pretty funny.

It just goes to show that anything can become a rut; even a "fresh approach." Relevance doesn't stay relevant for long.

LOL!!! We sang one of LW's songs a couple of Sundays ago, and someone said, "Who wrote that?" Answer: "Lanny Wolfe--can't you tell?"

I can't remember which song it was....how annoying.

If you appreciate good music and you like the depth of Gaither music, you MUST go on eBay and guy anything you can from Andrae Crouch, and "The Best of Andrae" would be the best one to start with. I think it was released in '73. 20 of the best songs you will ever hear in your life. I'd pay hundreds for the CD but you can get it for under ten dollars on eBay.

I'm serious....there was a stretch of about 10 years where he wrote the most amazing songs in gospel history. It's an incredible combination of Beatles/soul/rock/gospel. Nothing else like it.

If you can listen to, "I Don't Know Why" and "Through It All" and "Everything Changed" and "Jesus Is The Answer" and not jump through the roof of your car or cry, you have no soul.

My niece and nephew often came to stay with us during the summer when I was growing up. I was the baby of the family, so my nieces and nephews are more like cousins. Anyway, my niece was about 6 years old, and she had learned a new song, so my Dad had her get up on Sunday morning and sing it: "Falling In Love With Him." Well, she got stuck on the "over and over part", and sang,

"I keep falling in love with Him, over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and...." My Dad finally stepped in for the rescue.
