When my wife had to duck out of the way to avoid being hit....she decided that she would rather "enjoy" the service from the nursery. I got the feeling that this was a semi-regular event. I can honestly say that as I sat on the platform I started praying that there would NOT be visitors there. I can't imagine what God....or a lonely hurting sinner thought of that display.

To be honest if I was sitting underneath this pastor I wouldn't stay at this church.

seriously, *which is very hard for me to think right now* worship comes from God, not man!

Or someone bring a bat and hit the balls back at him.

We often sit in church and wait to see or feel which way the service is going or how God is going to move then we react to that move. It should be the other way around. God is omnipresent, HE is everywhere, all the time. And God is reactive. HE reacts to praise and worship. We should be reaching out to HIM, praising HIM, worshipping HIM, then HE will react to that by moving in the service. We go to church in order to gather together in one accord and worship God. If we do our part, God will always move. If God is not moving in your services or church, its because God is reacting to what your doing. JMO

No I think he would get insulted and make the ushers take the person with the bat out!
What would even be better is if the entire congregation brought bats or mitts to church perhaps that would send a message!

Seems disrespectful to. If a saint did that he would be called out for doing something so aweful "in the house of God"

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:
- There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
- The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
- Every sinner must repent of their sins.
- That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
- That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
- The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Yes it would send a message that we are not gonna take the ball throwing anymore.
