Re: Your NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS

I resolve to never have another nightmare and kick my husband in the night like I did on Christmas. He said he was going to call the police for spousal abuse.

Yeah you can say that I have very broad shoulders and a smaller waist. Depends the fit I might have to wear a 36. I have rather muscular legs so not any 34 will fit correctly, but most will.

As you well know it takes work to look the way you want to and little work to look the way you are now. Having been in the service a while you might still have pretty good muscle memory so if you start back it might not take too much to get to where you want to. I lost all my weight without a diet just doing excercise. Of course I eat a little better than before, but I work out hard core when I get to the gym. If I would have dieted along with the working out I would have been at my goal of 185 a long time ago.

This is my thinking also , Im not interested in cutting back on eating as much as I am upping my exercise and work out regiment..

I really hope that is not an omen about the future of my resolutions!
