The one thing I remember about it was when Kirk asked the both of them why should they fight, being they looked the same, they answer was that one was white on the right and the other was white on the left.

The Star Trek episodes always dealt with the same issues it seemed. It was like if you saw one you saw them all. Gene Roddenberry was an atheist or a deist?

They hardly dealt with the same issues. Granted, after so many episodes of the original, TNG, DS9, and Voyager, there were many (very) similar stories, they were not "all the same".

By the way, none of the Star Trek series can hold a candle to Babylon 5!

Just asking a question.

Hey I don't want to be buried in a Pet Semetary, do you all watch Stephen King flicks?
No. Is it your view that Christians should not watch this Star Trek Movie? And, why ask us what it has to do with the gospel unless you already had an opinion and since nobody has seen this movie why even ask us?

I see..so while I was on your front lawn with the garden hose you were watching? And you're worried about what movies other Christians are watching?

Yeah they dealt with current social issues by way of Star Trek episodes

No sir. No knee-jerk response here. I have read enough of your posts to know this pattern. One of my favorites is when you admitted requesting to have a television removed from your hotel room, rather than just not watch it. That gives me just the background information I need to know who I am dealing with.

I can see it now...

"Hello. Front desk?"

"Yes. Could you send someone to remove this harbinger of doom that sits atop the cabinet here in room 204? I would like to alert you and everyone that I can not suffer this device of sin to be within my presence."

"What's that? Just turn it off?" "No sir, that will not suffice." "Yes, I realize it requires you to unbolt it from the cabinet and carry it down 10 flights of stairs, but I see no other option."

Yes - you do often speak your mind. Wondering why you didn't on this occasion.

So, it WAS a loaded question.... you already seem to have a strong opinion on that matter, so why didn't you just state it? Again, no reason to be defensive when someone calls you out on your "innocent" questions and condescending motives.

Prax, you're assuming again. I was trying to get a discussion going, (that may be happening with Randy Wayne) and you buzzers and bells went off.
I think you have more of a problem then I do with this issue.

You spend way too much time on here....way too much time.
