I don't care for banana peppers, so no. lol

Don't use too much celery salt - it packs a big punch and you won't like it. Just sprinkle a little over the top.
I don't care for them either, but I don't actually eat the peppers. Just dump a whole jar in with roast when you put it on to cook. It gives it a whole different taste. The dynamics, as you said. Very good!

I'll try that some time. I use celery salt in my Potato salad also. Not many people are keen on celery, but it adds a nice subtle flavor.

Another thing I do with my roast is crumble a Knorr beef cube in the water and sprinkle the whole thing with Fajita Spice and that's it. Very good if you get tired of regular roast.

I make a potato dish with a little peanut oil to keep the potatoes from sticking. I use glass baking dishes. They are easier to maintain. I add garlic powder, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, onions cut in thin slices, and parsley flakes. Excellent for pot luck! Goes with everything.

The fajita spice sounds good. I never really thought of adding that to a roast. I have used alot of different things just to change it up.

The potato dish sounds great. I'll have to try that one.

You could even use that roast for fajitas if you wanted to. Pica de gallo, sour cream, flour tortillas. Great if you don't want to fool with BBQing fajita meat. Very easy and it's more tender.

The potato dish is very good. I've used other oils, but the peanut oil makes a big difference, IMO.

Yes, I sure did, honey. It just that, somehow, I didn't believe you were really sorry! That was a Catholic confession if I ever heard one!

We have flour tortillas at the house most of the time. I have used roast to make wrap sandwiches - just not with the fajita spice. I'll have to grab some at the grocery store next time I'm there.
