Besides that, his interview on TV is not a sworn statement to LE. Television is for entertainment purposes only. So really, who cares. He wasn't there to give his official statement nor was he under oath. But regardless, his interview lined up with the sworn statement, so it's basically a moot point.

Let's remember this Judge has been overruled TWICE before. Once with this case, and once on a different case. Both should have been avoidable, were she a fair and impartial Judge. Unfortunately, she is not.

This case, isn't about me.
This case is about a dead 17 year old and a neighborhood watch guy who was trained to follow, but not to confront.

He didn't confront. TV confronted GZ

No doubt TM was a faster them GZ, could have easily kept running. Obviously, he choose to come back to confront him. No way GZ could catch a 17 year old football player like TM

I guess I missed this in Court, but the Prosecutions star witness "Rachel Jeantel" might not be done on the stand, the Prosecution is done with her but the Defense put a subpoena on her with the right to call her back....O how I would like to see that...I predict they will call her again or Crump first then her and catch them both in a lie,but my prediction is the defense will call her back, and boy will the sparks fly then...

He was turned down because he had some credit he needed to clear up. They are not going to accept you if you have bad credit for the simple reason, you may be inclined to hook up with unsavory people. It's a precursor on the application.

It's not uncommon to not charge someone right off the bat...it took a week before they charged Aaron Hernandez with murder even though he seemed like a suspect from the get go

They don't charge until they are certain they have enough evidence to do that. Serino stated he did not have enough evidence at the time to charge GZ.

In Hernandez's case, they found in that week enough evidence to charge him.

I have a question, the Defense tried to get an aquital and it was denied "of coarse" and the Judge said the state presented enough evidence to deny an aquital,does the defense know what that evidence is?
