I think you should know what you're talking when posting about someone, don't you think???? Unlike yourself, who has never even met Felicity, I happen to know that she DOES NOT have bobbed hair, wear ear rings, or pantaloons, and very little makeup. (foundation)

Back to the subject at hand! 
Maybe the're planning to introduce the new leaders as a package deal for a "yes" or "no" vote, kinda' like they do with mutual fund or insurance company director boards.
To those desiring a power position, nows the time to hobnob with the powers that be. This way you can be voted in as part of a group. Your individual strengths or weaknesses as a leader will be glossed over, as everyone is looking at the big picture!

Very sorry...I was just going by what I remembered of her past pics. She either has very dark eyelashes or she was wearing mascara in a few of the pics. Also, in the pics that I remember she had bangs and her hair was about shoulder length.
Is there something wrong with having short hair, wearing a little make-up and a nice pair of modest lady's pantaloons? Didn't know that was a slam...
