Tonight we had a Big Salmon! My wife did it up nice in the oven with Lemon, Salt & Pepper & I don't know what else! With rice & some Brocolli (sp?) on the side.

I made a black bean soup and it was very very good!!! I still like Panera's black bean soup better! But it was good!!!!

Was this fresh this year Bro Ron? I have some Sockeye still in the freezer from last summer someone gave us.
I hope we get some smoked sockeye this year.

We had chicken breast with peppers slow cooked in the crockpot with my special fried rice for supper tonight.

Ahh! for tonight, we are having, big ole thick country beef ribs with broc.and cheese! Spinach...left over black bean soup... and maybe some mac and cheese! I am hungry! I can smell it cooking!!!!!!!!

I went to Farmer's Market early this morning and bought some tomatoes, so we had BLTs tonight...haven't had them in ages and they were mmmmgood...
