No tricks there--you just demonstrated once again that the back of your hand might not be quite as familiar as you claim.
really, this particular attack doesn't even make sense.
Check behind me for what?

you are referring to what?

Once again, your Bible knowledge is showing up real thin.

so what you are saying is that Jesus saves people however he chooses?

I don't know what apology you are talking about.
Daniel saying I owe you one doesn't mean I do.
Let me make you aware of something, sport.
I have not attacked you personally that I can recall.--just your beliefs and views. (Daniel and J-Roc will now be scouting feverishly through all my posts on the thread trying to find a place where I did so they can yell about it )
You have on at least a couple of occasions gotten personal with me--once just a few posts ago.
But I don't require an apology for that, because this is an internet forum, and I am not in the least thin-skinned anywhere.

Do you really need me to go through the theology explaining the thief on the cross?
I can.
But I think you are being disingenuous. If you have any Apostolic background at all, you surely are aware of the fact that the earthly ministry of Christ was something of a transitional time between the law and grace.
Jesus was the Lawgiver--the Lamb--the Altar--the High Priest.
The holy Ghost was not yet given because Jesus was not yet glorified. Pentecost had yet to come. The keys had yet to be preached by Peter.
That is all basic stuff that our new converts learn quickly.
But I suspect you know that.
Question again--you have read Schopenhauer's "the Art of Controversy," haven't you?

This is my tenth year.
Is this the part where you lament for the poor sheep I no doubt abuse viciously?

Every healthy relationship is built on common points of interest. There are individuals who cannot disagree without destroying the entire relationship. Some folks, you get on there bad side, regardless what you do and how you move to readjust, the whole building moves with you. That is typical of most narrow minded people who refuse to walk in mature love.
The righteous church should be filled with diversity, yet healthy enough to embrace that diversity without offense or insecurity.

This post is generic enough for me to agree with...cautiously...LOL...but I'm not sure what it had to do with my comment.
The righteous church should be filled with diversity? Not if that diversity means ungodliness or worldliness. Embracing/tolerating different personalities and weaknesses in others is not the same as embracing or tolerating sin. I'm also not sure I agree with the term "embracing"...if someone is weaker in Christ than you are, you should love them, and at the same, try to lead them into a stronger relationship. "Embracing" seems to imply "you're fine as you are, no need to pursue anything greater."

I always find it odd that those screaming for tolerance are the least tolerant of views different from theirs, and use dramatic terms like "abuse", "oppression", "persecution", and whatnot for any type of departure from their own ideals.
