doesnt matter what his cred. is, there were witnesses to his being assaulted and injuries to his head , to prove it, this will not stand in a court and probably wont even reach a jury, there is no YOU told us so.HE STOOD HIS GROUND period ! should he have not investigated ? Trayvon wishes ,should he have not pursued ? probably even he wishes,BUT HE STOOD HIS GROUND, case dismissed !!!

Funny you never mention that the media you religiously follow have credibility issues as well.

Re: Anger + Sadness = RAGE

It seems to me someone would have mentioned that he has a record of calling 911 on mulitiple occassions without there being a deadly result. Yet, no one wants to consider THIS case perhaps really was self defense?

Witness story confirms his story, but the POLITICAL agenda says "we will hang him regardless if he is guilty or not". This is nothing more than a Media racial issue. So racial they call him white when he is hispanic.

Watch for the hidden agenda to come out.

Gun control!

Re: Anger + Sadness = RAGE

How many believe the police did a thorough investigation of this case, before letting Zimmerman go? And if not, why would they not hold him at least 48 hours?

Re: Anger + Sadness = RAGE

Based on the trial by media for me I would have say there is reasonable doubt.

I know JD has already found him guilty.

according to some defense and prosecution lawyers. since the man was on his back he could not retreat. in every state self defense would have held.

However in florida one does not have to retreat in order to claim self defense.

The father of the son who was shot, stated that the voice screaming on the 911 audio was not his son.

The prosecution based a case off of inconclusive evidence to charge the man just to make the media happy. (its a terrible loss) but second degree murder wont stick to this man.

They should have brought a manslaughter charge against him from the start. However i believe there is enough evidence to have the charges droped.

More than likly the judge will not dismiss the case and the man will fall into a biased jury and get convicted, because of the way the media lied and handled this case.

I agree with you.

Plus it seems to me Obmama has gotten involved and wants a conviction.
