I have NEVER claimed to be a 3-stepper and until being on forums and reading Fudge's book I don't remember hearing the term? However I do believe no one is saved in this dispensation without obeying Acts 2:38.
I believe ONLY in water baptism in Jesus Name the repentant have their sins remitted and have NO promise of the resurrection or catching away without the Holy Ghost baptism. I am not the least bit intimidated by the whole bunch. I could wear the hat 'no fear.' When you have the Book behind you there is nothing to fear.

Going strictly by their posting habits and styles I peeved some folks by correcting this misconception.

The "posse" was more a group of bewhiskered dry gulchers and rogue outlaws who banded together basically ganging up on newbies and "women and children" but who either just disappeared back into the gulches and ravines or who went whining to board administrators when faced with someone who could give as much or more guff back to them as what they thought they dished out.
So you're to blame for that expression...I always hated it!!

On all the forums together FCF-NFCF-AFF I have complained to the administration ONE time. But I have had the liberals whine and cry to Adms. many times. Just to set the record straight.

"Water/Spirit" was the term I always heard used in regard to those who believe you're not born again until you're baptized in Jesus name and speak in tongues.

I think some of these labels are ridiculous.

Just water and Spirit? No repentance? What about believing? What about initial drawing and conviction of the Holy Ghost? What about the initial preaching of the Gospel ... of the Word?

I already said that I always heard the term "Water/Spirit" term used synonymously with *3 step" doctrine. But "water/Spirit" as it's written would allude to just 2 steps.

Understand what I'm saying?

Repentance is a common denominator and the beginning water and Spirit both are an impossibility without repentance.

See...that's just what I posted this morning. The term "3 steppers" is a misnomer.
