Blocking him was a very wise move.
As long as someone is delivering his messages to the forum, he is still getting his kicks for stirring up trouble. He doesn't have a voice here anymore. If people stop communicating with him by email or IM, he'll have to go find another way to spread his venom. Or better yet, maybe he'll find a little more time to go pray or something if he's not busy trying to stir up problems on forums.

There is no way to Call block on ATT Cell network.
your only option is to not answer the calls.
you can rest your phone with a different ring when he calls so you know it is him.

Call customer service and tell them you are receiving harassing phone calls. They will send you a log to log any calls that you consider harassment. You log the date and time of the call. Then you turn in the logs, they match it to the records of the calls in their system. They take phone harassment seriously.. I'm not sure how all the procedure goes, but I do know that I had one neighbor to lose his phone service because of making calls here to harass me several years ago.
