Since my father passed away almost 2 years ago, change is all I've seen in my life. I've grown so much because of these changes. Some I didn’t want to accept, but looking back those changes have made me who I am today.

Sometimes when God is moving us toward change circumstances come into our lives to make us seek His will and look for His guidance.

With that said, we have seen God closing doors for us here in Wilmington since the early spring. Not knowing where to go and what to do, God miraculously placed a very lovely and anointed couple in our lives, Eddie and Sherri Cupples.

I am so excited to announce that we have decided to move to Jackson TN to be under their ministry at Love and Truth Church. We can't wait to see what God has in store for us. Pastor Eddie has so much vision to reach the lost. God has shown him the need to reach the Spanish community, and that’s where my husband and I come in to serve.

Wilmington has been a stepping stone in our lives. We have no regrets, we’ve learned so much here…but it’s time for a change!

Very few can fathom the depths of our journey since 2005. Nor perhaps can they guage the pain and victories that have brought you to your present position and has now shaped our walk. Some may not agree or care. Not withstanding, I am so excited about you guys stepping into grace and being propelled into His purpose.

I am so happy that God has opened this door and am confident that you are on the verge to seeing the fulfillment of the promises He's made for you and your family.

I love you and Godspeed.

My memoery is fine. Read it all. Saw your post in the same light as his. I reckon it is that perspective thing.

Reading your post it is easy to see how YOU might be confused enough to equate pointing out an unprovoked attack on a poignant moment with the attack itself.

I can only hope that I am around when you make a type on an internet Forum. Then we can use that as justification for whatever rant you are giving at the time. Talk about being confused.

You're way off! I love the Bectons; they are friends of ours and I would be honored to have someone go work for them. Anyone who knows Pastor Ron & Cheryl would feel the same way.

Guess what? We don't despise UPC people; never have, never will!

The Bectons are indeed great people! Unfortunately, their church is on the opposite side of the Nashville metro area as where I live! It would take me 45 minutes to an hour to drive one way to their church.

That is five minutes farther than I drive to go to Christ Church. I love the church but hate the drive.

Are you saying that if you lived closer to Becton's you would go there?

Carpenter,

I understand that on some threads Dan can be blunt, and normally he gives as good as he gets. But I sincerely hope your conduct here is not indicative of your character. The man was expressing emotion to his sister in a post that even alluded to great family loss. What you did was about as couth as shooting paintballs at a wedding procession. It was not only lacking in agape it does not even reach the standard of simple civility.

It is hoped you reconsider your action, apologize, and save the snide remarks for a different time and topic.
