How would I respond? We've gotten six pages of history and sociology lesson in response to a tangential point I made in my post.
The main point of my post is unaffected. By nature, men can become bald. It's no big deal to see a man with a completely hairless head, and it never has been. That is the "nature" referred to in the verse.
By nature (as you use it above), women also can become bald. And while you may think it's no big deal to see a bald man, there are thousands of men who spend thousands of dollars to make sure you don't see theirs! LOL!
I know several women who are bald, some more than others, and some who have very little hair at all.
Baldness is not exactly natural, as it's a genetic defect in most cases.

Did I miss the stats on the men? I would surmise it's quadruple the 20% in females.

I am a firm believer in the Old Paths
Articles on such subjects as "The New Birth," will be accepted, whether they teach that the new birth takes place before baptism in water and Spirit, or that the new birth consists of baptism of water and Spirit. - THE PENTECOSTAL HERALD Dec. 1945
"It is doubtful if any Trinitarian Pentecostals have ever professed to believe in three gods, and Oneness Pentecostals should not claim that they do." - Daniel Segraves
And on another site (this is where the RARELY comes in, and might be what was spoken about).....
Women tend to have less obvious patterns of hair loss than men, and non-pattern types of hair loss are more frequent in women than in men. Diagnosis of hair loss in a woman should be made by a trained and experienced physician.
In women as in men, the most likely cause of scalp hair loss is androgenetic alopecia—an inherited sensitivity to the effects of androgens (male hormones) on scalp hair follicles. However, women with hair loss due to this cause usually do not develop true baldness in the patterns that occur in men—for example, women rarely develop the "cue-ball" appearance often seen in male-pattern androgenetic alopecia.

A woman's long hair has long been considered among her feminine charms. To which men are, ummmmm . . . "romantically" drawn.
I "preferred" long hair on girls long before I even knew what a Pentecostal was!
Your point makes no sense though. You said that men can naturally go bald. Women can naturally go bald. You said the women naturally grow long hair. Men naturally grow long hair. If we're going by what's natural, than it is unnatural for a man to cut his hair.
