This can be based on the IP or IP range of the originating packet, or the destination, or the port number, or other criteria. At the very end of the list there is an "implicit deny". Meaning, if the criteria is not met once the last rule in the list is compared, then the packet is thrown out, never to reach its destination.
When it comes to these various dress, jewelry, make-up, and modesty issues the final "implicit deny" is rebellion against the man of God. It is the catch all when no biblical or rational reason can be explained to proclaim something "wrong".

Don't follow the packet... be the packet!

Women who are pretty or well-endowed can only do so much and should not have to worry all the time about making men lust and sin. I think your words are a cop-out for poor lustful behaviors of men who are not in control of their eyes, heart, or their spirituality.

Actually, I was envisioning how one man would appear to another as I typed that, but to your point I was thinking in extremes.
A number of years ago I was working in a bank and there were not one, but two young girls (at the time I would guess they were 16 and 17) who were as thin as a stick and built like a... like a..... well, va-va-voom comes to mind. I guess being 5'2, 100 lbs soaking wet and a double D, while not impossible, is very rare.
They would ALWAYS dress in the most low cut loose fitting stuff imaginable and then come to MY counter. The other ladies I worked with (I was usually the only guy in the building) would laugh as I counted the tiles on the ceiling while they stood in front of me.
Once they left, I would usually make a remark about how "if 'I' had a daughter who looked like that she would be wearing a snowmobile suit all year!". Everyone would laugh then we would move on to the next customer.
Realistically, I don't expect women to go to such extreme lengths to cover any assets that God 'blessed' them with, but I do think there is SOME responsibility to not flaunt it. (And again, if she was my daughter you can guarantee that she would be receiving thick wool sweaters every birthday and Christmas.....)

Nope and I never suggested it did.

The truth is vanity presents itself in many forms to even the most conservative believer. Churches can exhibit vanity in their buildings, their programs, and their attempts to market themselves bigger and better than they really are. Christians can operate in a spirit of vanity through an arrogant superiority to the lost world around them.
To me, modesty is about much more than clothing. It is an attitude of the heart. If the heart has been circumcised, the fruit of the Spirit will evidence. One of the end results of the Spirit's work is a willingness to be SELF controlled. Galatians 5:22
This self-control is best defined as modesty in all things, including dress, presentation, attitude, and passions.

ok Dan this would be a classic example of a red herring. Now I am still hoping my questions will be addressed

I agree! I also think you did the right thing by averting your eyes. Not all men are Godly enough to do that.

Hmmm..so when I have a lot of packets drop I can blame you and your "sicko" routers?

Well, I HOPE I averted them enough. I was probably more like Jerry Seinfeld when he told George "You don't stare at cleavage! You get a sense of it then look away!".

Yup, some of us men have eyes like a Digital SLR camara. We just need one shot and it's stored in memory
