The power of the Lord was so very real upon our precious brother to work and to perform in him the mighty miracle wrought in his life. He has a great testimony of the grace and goodness of God mighty to save. This truly was a glorious even.
As I explained to the group, I find no scripture authorizing a rebaptism. Further, I find no scripture preventing it. I called our Pastor, Bro. Kilgore the Elder and explained it to him. He gave his permission, knowing of no specific reason not to rebaptize him. Bro. Kilgore gave a few instances where he thought that it would be good to do so.
I then went to another church official and asked him (bro. Wyndham) and asked him to come witness the baptism since I feel that all things should be done in decent and in order. He is in the background in one of the pictures.
Then, addressing the little group gathered, I explained all of these things saying that in absence of scripture allowing for or prohibiting, we must rely on the brother's own conviction in this matter, remembering that "...as many as that are led by the Spirit of God, they are the Sons of God."
Then with faith building words from Romans 10:8-10 and vs 16, I led him into the water with faith in his heart for not only a spiritual cleansing but a physical miracle as well. God did the work.
The heavy presence of the Lord was evidence of his approval and work.
God bless Chosenbyone. May his life be a testimony of the grace and power of God who can save to the uttermost...who is mighty to save. I come to love and appreciate this fine young man.

MomC, PopC and I were listening to Brother Strange after I was re-baptized. Brother Strange kept everyone entertained the rest of the afternoon. He was quite a character. He had us rolling with laughter at Steak and Ale with his quick wit and sneaking bites of MomC's Hawaiian chicken.

As I looked at this picture, it came to me,
"The Face of Brokenness and Contrition".
Psalm 34:18, "The LORD is nigh unto them
that are of a broken heart; and saveth such
as be of a contrite spirit".
Psalm 51:17, "The sacrifices of God are a
broken spirit; a broken and a contrite heart,
O God, thou wilt not despise".
I love the song, "On the other side of
Broken, that's where Jesus is".
Blessings,

Bro. & Sis. C are precious people and their relatives all over the Dallas area. AFF has been a wonderful source of fellowship and friends that I've connected with all over the U.S.
Bro. Chosen reminds me so much of a Florida friend who meant the worlld to me, and still does. Now God has blessed me with two such friends.
I have enjoyed the journey...especially with my worship CD's that Bro. Chosen has made for me.
Blessings, Rhoni
