Big blow to the prosecution... the Judge has denied the pros use of audio or witnesses claiming the 911 had TM screaming for help.

Honestly, I agree with this. I watched that hearing and the "expert" was anything but. It was an embarrassing couple of days for the prosecution, IMO.

I myself really think the whole case is a waste of time. I mean per the Stand your Ground law in Florida the wording in it GZ did not have to retreat neither did TM, but GZ won the fight and in the law it does not matter who started it..

A FoxNews opinion piece by Tamara Holder basically says the pros and defense did a bad job of selecting the jury; and because there are no men or blacks, it will be dangerous if they come back with an acquittal.

I don't doubt there will be mass demonstrations, possibly even some turning into riots if Zimmerman is acquitted.

You can blame Al Sheraton and other black so-called leaders if that happens.

Defense Atty West is great...

Defense attorney Donald West lambasted the state experts: One,Tom Owen,is using the case to promote new voice identification software in which he has a financial stake,West said. Mantei countered that Owen's interest is "minuscule."

West said the other experts haven't heard what Reich "claims to hear" because it's not there: "His report should begin,'It was a dark and stormy night,'" the defense lawyer said.
