The FORMATION of the new district will see funds go to the new district from the churches that are apart of that new district. The Southern California District will be home of 3 of the most populated counties in the State....Los Angeles, San Diego and Riverside.

The Split is somewhat interesting I've heard... because the guys in the south want it split at the Grapevine?? Has anybody else heard this??
