Thank you. In the area of healthcare for myself and my family I'll settle for personal experience inside or outside of the US. I must respectfully note that your articles do not answer the question. You keep posting material that describes the terrible public healthcare systems in these countries. Nobody asked for that material. Nobody actually cares about this material. Fox news can tell us how terrible things are and how great our healthcare system is. This is what most people want - long, healthy lives. So:
[B]The top ten countries with the highest average life expectancy for 2010 are as follows:
1.Macau
2.Andorra
3.Japan
4.Singapore
5.Hong Kong
6.Australia
7.
Canada
8.France
9.
Sweden
10.Switzerland
On a personal level:
From the latest position in the world (dropped from 24th to 49th in 10 years) and as a recipient of the goodwill of your neighbors, (many of who pay medicare/medicaid insurance on every dime they make for you and your retired colleagues
yet have no healthcare coverage for themselves at all,) who are you to look up 42 spots and give your opinion about what is or is not good about someone else's healthcare system? See comment on your neighbors who pay your healthcare with no coverage themselves and note that you actually have no right to speak for them or on their behalf.

Plus, as noted above, Canada seems to have a few health care problems of its own.
