Talmadge French Heads Home to the UPC

Wow...is Bro. French still at WH's church? I knew there was animosity...just didn't realize this is how it all played out...sad.

Talmage French was my pastor while I was a student at Wheaton. I was shocked to hear he left the UPC for the WWPI. The education I received at Wheaton College, taught me both by Biblical study and experience that the body of Christ was so much larger than the small pool I was swimming in. Talmage received the same education and to hear he left for an even more restrictive group was unthinkable to me. Now my prayer is that he would have a moderating influence on the UPC. I'm not UPC but you will always be my homies. It's where I found Christ and I am eternally grateful.

I love all Oneness Believers. Who cares who they fellowship with. Its all supposed to just be for the furtherance of the Gospel anyway. Jesus bless you all on your journey. We need to just be helping each other to make it to heaven.

It is my opinion that all of us who claim to be children of God should fellowship any other child of God regardless of denominational or organizational tags or titles and we should not let our organizational or denominational affiliation or membership dictate whom we can or cannot fellowship or whom we should or should not fellowship.

1 John 5:1 says "If you believe that Jesus is the Christ --that He is God's Son and your Savior-- then you are a child of God. Then this verse goes on and says that if we love the Father we should love all His children because we are all brothers and sisters.
