5. Look holy
6. Not believe in trinitarianism
7. Have a preacher in my life

Missing anything?
Faith in Christ's atonement for our sins, live holy (not look holy), 3+4 go together (not on a separate line), and if you are part of the body of Christ then respect and submit to one another (whether one is part of the five fold ministry or not), pray and forgive each other. Get rid of the bitterness.

Your suggestion to read the Bible is a good one. A little self-contradictory (what good would it do, if I need a preacher to tell me what to believe?), but good.

BTW, just for the record, I do have a preacher in my life. Must not be a very good one, though. He doesn't say anything about most of the items on the list I gave above. I guess my blood will be on his hands!
EVERY instance of EVERY conversion in the NT was a result of a preacher preaching.
All the Epistles were written by preachers.
God gave the ministry for the perfecting of the saints so it must be His idea.
Saints are told to submit to the ministry again IF the Word is inspired then it must be God's idea.
"It pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe."1Cor. 1:21
We hear the gospel by the mouth of a preacher, we are perfected by the mouth of a preacher, a preacher is to present us to Christ so how could this concept be strange to you?
NO one will be saved without a preacher in their lives.

Why would anyone NOT want a home church and a pastor? I just don't understand it.

Like some folks don't want a husband or wife they would rather have 'visiting rights.' It costs time-energy-MONEY when you are part of a local church.

Good point. And when I read the Epistles, those preachers are in my life. Thanks, I feel better now.

Hey, preaching is good. Preachers are wonderful. But the idea that nobody's getting saved without one (a literal, human preacher, here and now) is a little hard to swallow.

Pick one....

1. The church is where dem dictators are and all they want is yore money!

2. I can't afford to go to church.

3. No one there loves me.

4. They want let me sing.

5. The preacher's kids are spoiled brats.

6. They only want me to come so they can count noses.

7. The pastor's wife is a stuckup glamor queen.

8. The choir leader is a pansy.

9. The sermons are way too long and causes me to miss my programs.

10. I would go more often if my family wasn't here.

Believe when I say a saint does NOT bug us when they need something. That is what we are for. Some have more problems than others but we love then just as much. Some are high maintance but that is our calling and burden to help them. Money is way down on the list.
