yep, alot of good stuff out there. We use alot of Olive leaf on a regular basis. Also organo oil(pure stuff for a excellent price) as another staple along with some other stuff.
Don't use antibiotics and never will as there is no need to.

I have heard that oregano is nearly an antiseptic for the system. never used it and wouldnt even know where to find it but I agree that antibiotics are often more trouble than their worth. (see flesh eating bacteria that you cant kill)

Well...... I could improve my diet. I won't argue with anyone on that one. But I am still waiting to hear from someone/anyone what the natural cure for polio is? Or the measles? Or rabies? Or how about a bad cavity with the accompanying tooth ache?

Oregano the Italian seasoning? This should be really easy to find in any spice isle. And if it IS a natural antiseptic I must have the cleanest bod around (at least on the inside).
