That's great! Was just joking around, I actually have a very nice job with very good compensation......for the time being. Who knows what the new year might hold?
Post pictures of your trip when you get back. We are planning on going to Hawaii in March, if all goes as planned.

Well.... I am not sure it was a precise plan. LOL!
I bought a small home in a small town at age 18, then at 19 bought a second (both no money down) and rented it for 21 years and sold it this year for twice what I originally paid (and ten thousand less than appraisal since I sold to family)
Through the years I had several properties and when I sold them used the equities toward our current home.
Beware angry tenants and broken water lines in this "plan"!

We're going to Italy in May! I've been with Ashley, but Eddie's never been. This will be our big celebration for 30 years of marriage, since we had to cancel the Hawaii trip last October. We'll have two nights in Paris first. I would like to see the Italian Alps, since I've never been to that part, but our free rooms are in Florence. So we will take a day train trip to Rome and one to Venice. Then the last night, we actually stay in Rome before flying home. We also have free flights, so this trip is one of FAVOR!
