You sound like someone that should NOT be on the road as much as the inconsiderate driver. In fact you sound like someone that should not own a kitchen knife let alone a gun.

I got a similar story. Coming out of DC on NY AVE, this dark blue SUV cut me off, was swerving all over the road, driving really slow then driving unsafely fast.
So I followed him onto US 50, then to the BW Pkwy and then to an exit that lead into Greenbelt.
I called the cops 2 times. They were no shows. At the exit, there were 3 cop cars parked at an Ice Cream Shop. I stopped following the idiot driver and told the cops about him, in person. After a few minutes of discussing it, one of the cops took off after the guy. By that time, he was way out of eye shot though.
TG was good. Ate too much, and then went back for more.
The cops here are a joke. My truck died one morning on the way to work I was sitting on the side of the road on 5 in a no parking section and 3 PG county cops drove right by without even stopping.

Now, could be...could be...Yes but it wasn't and as far as we know from what is reported the suspect was not injured either...except for his ego and perhaps his psyche to allow rage to dictate his actions.
This was not an act of justice. This was an act or revenge out of anger.
Next time write his license and call the CHP.

BTW did any of you guys consider that MORE than the driver could have been injured by that bullet? A complete innocent could have been killed or maimed.
There is no justifcation. The last assessement was correct, they are both idiots and I venture to suggest the shooter was just as much an inconsiderate jerk as the other guy
Jermyn Davidson, I suppose you have never ever cut someone off, or accidently drifted into another lane, or caused someone to brake or made some kind of driving mistake. You must be the perfect driver, and since all the rest of us aren't than you might as well shoot us all now before we make another mistake.
