Lets try to find a conservitive activists group that protested something in the last 3 months, was covered by mainstreme media and more than 5 of their members were tossed in jail for breaking the law....or for breaking stuff....
(Over 300 liberals were arrested for breaking windows and assaulting police during the Republican National Convention)


I will certainly do my best to find some group on the conservitive side that meets the criteria. Please help me! Cuz right now, I keep thinking im a right wing wacko (oh by the way Chuck Shumer has said that Hanity and those of us who believe like him are far right radicals who are outside of the mainstreme")

I am saying that there is a conspicuous absense of evidence that suggests the right is equal to the left in radical members.

I have given you 2 examples of radical left wing organizations/groups that have CONGRESSIONAL SUPPORT from ELECTED DEMOCRATS that are either in jail, or under indictment, for radical political behavior.

I have yet to find ANY such organization on the right. I am MORE than willling to back off if anyone can point to the same kind of thing from right wingers.


What I do know, is that when Liberals talk about crazy Right wing radicals, they either dont give examples or they give Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hanity, George Bush, Dick Cheney and Paul Wolfouwitz as the examples.

Not a single one of those guys has broken the law, 2 have been voted for by more than half the voters of this country and 2 of them have 20 million member radio listenership....

So help me out. help me find some crazy wacky rightwing groups. I would love to feel like I am mainstreme and not a radical!

Ferd, I am not one to argue that extreme liberals are not crazy and are not rampant. Extreme liberalism is something that is spreading all over the world and in many spectrums from religion to politics.

I consider radical right wingers, the ones with the crazy race issues and things of that nature. The people you named may be blindly partisan to an extent but not radical in my opinion.

And here is my point. those radical racists are repudiated by all conservitives. You would never see them garner support in congress.

on the other side however, the rules are different. these radicals like ACORN GET MONEY FROM CONGRESS. Or at the very least, liberals in congress work to get them money. They have real clout in congress. These groups were the ones calling for loans to poor people everyone knew couldnt pay them back.... They have actual real support in our government. and they are radical and even law breakers.

There is no such animal in the conservitive side of the equasion.

You are wrong, the bill did not pass because conservatives called and emailed their representatives and told them if the voted for it the would throw them out in November. It shut down the phone lines and the website.

If the congress will keep their hands off the private sector will come in for the discounted paper and snap it up. Let the market work, the Demos have demanded these institutions give loans to folks that can't pay them long enough.

We are going to become a failed state, and the best that we can hope for is that we don't get nuked, and don't take as long to dig out as the Russians have.

When an economic crisis like this happens to a third world country they're told to privatize everything, remove all tariffs, stop public spending and devalue their currencies. We're busy trying to hand off $700,000,000,000 to one or two appointed officials, with BILLIONS of pork and earmarks stuffed into this supposedly emergency, stop-the-doomsday-countdown, RESCUE bill . . .

This is a manufactured crisis, with a bunch of politicization, posturing, and election-year grandstanding.

Haven't we just approved a $700 billion defense budget for the year?
