It's not nice that I'm not here all the time?

It would be a lonely place to be here all by myself.

Rico.. quickly.. in a nut shell. Tell me why McCain is terrible and Obama is better. To me, what a candidate says about abortion is a huge deal. Babies are much more important then any issue.

Sorry if this is not right.. changing the subject. I can't ignore your avatar any longer.

My favorite was when WWOD and Tyhuff would go at it.

In as few words as possible, this is it: I decided a few months ago that I am sitting this election out. It became obvious to me that there was no way America was going to elect another Republican. Plus, my thoughts on this war and opinion of Bush has changed a lot over the last couple of years. I noticed that most of the people here aren't into McCain, mainly because of the abortion issue. I started off messin around with people about them voting for Obama. From there I ended up going to Obama's website and I also started following the primary race on the Democratic side. I've learned more about both him and McCain than I really wanted to in all this process. I take Obama's side because I like having an opposing viewpoint when I discuss issues. (It's more fun for me that way.) I have since realized that Obama's reason for being pro-choice is the same as my reason for being pro-choice, but that isn't enough reason for me to vote for him.

As for McCain, I think he's a huge phony, too old to be President, and will only prove to be an extension of the Bush Presidency. He's flip flopped on so many issues I have lost track of them all, at this point. The most recent one I found out about is what he's said about taxes. One minute he's against raising taxes, the next minute he is in favor of raising them. His own campaign said he doesn't speak for the campaign, like that makes any sense. Now, because it has become painfully obvious to him he doesn't have a snowball's chance in hades of winning the Presidency, he's resorted to attack ads, instead of sticking with the issues, like he said he was going to do. Yet another flip flop on the part of McCain. I can't stand him.
