You see this stuff all day long because you are looking for it all day long.
I just see normal every day people.
See, if women are already expecting you to lust...women in your own religious community no less, why feed their frenzy by confirming the fact that a woman wearing jeans causes you to Sin in your mind?
Could it be that the Apostolic church is actually breeding WEAK MINDED men by simpliy convincing us that we WILL lust over women wearing pants!
Think about it, it is ridiculous!

Well that is the problem most pants especially blue jeans have extremely little difference. Goodness go to walmart and when you look at mild to big or heavy women in the jeans you don't see this fit style and you can't tell the CUT difference at all. they look pretty much like the husbands right beside her. They also don't fulfill the meaning of katastolē. Also this isn't a STYLE change this was about a movement and a paradigm change in culture away from biblical values thanks to feministic ideas that have latched onto the church. Clothes happen to be one more area of blurred lines.

So I take it your husband could go up to the women's department at Dillards and pick out a nice pair of flowery capris pants?
You are probably talking from a position where you have never worn or haven't worn pants in quite a while. They ARE cut differently.
The second half of your paragraph is tanamount to personal opinion that you would have ALL women embrace.
While there is absolutely nothing wrong with a woman believing that pants are men's garments, she shouldn't expect everyone to agree with her...but then again, she is a woman and that expectation sometimes is second nature.

Sorry if this is offensive, but there's nothin' like the comfort of a good worn-in pair of jeans!

Re: Can you tell the difference between men's pant
You want modest. Wear my work pants. Nobody looks shapely in scrubs. Not even the size 0s little skinny-minnies. Scrubs always look awful. And no, I'm not wearing a nursing dress. 75 years ago, nurses didn't have to climb on top of beds to perform CPR. They could wear a nursing uniform dress and not be immodest. Bedside nursing today requires enough olympic contortioning that a dress is very immodest attire.

I don't think it is lust, if you notice a woman is wearing something that is immodest. I work in a grocery store/corporation so I have to deal with customers all the time, and the majority are women. I see someone at church dressed very immodestly, does it mean I lusted? I don't think so, I made it habit long ago, if I see something that may bring thoughts not of God to simply look away. God knows my heart, and helps me.
I was raised in the "world", and have bee saved a relatively short time, I am only 27, so perhaps I am more aware of my "surroundings" than you.
As my pastor says "I'm saved, but I ain't blind... If it ain't for sales, don't put it in the window."
So because I am FOR MODESTY you are ripping me?
Also, I believe it goes both ways, when I was in the world, I had a very good physique and would often wear basketball jerzees, or such that would show my arms and chest. After I came to the Lord, I was convicted to cover myself (at least with a t-shirt-i'm not all for lon sleeves). So I beleive that guys should be modest too, but clothing is certainly more of a feminine issue.
Also, I have been married for 8 years, eat home cooking all the time, and haven't worked out in a long while-so I guess that takes care of that issue for good.

The thread title is "can you tell the difference between mens and womens pants?" I'm replying to just that.

This is why I posted that pants are not always immodest. I totally agree with this. The only remaining issue is if they are at all a mans garment. As I said I don't judge women that wear pants, especially if they are not immodest. One of the most christian ladies attending my church wears *gasp* pants. Would I prefer she wore dressed only, absolutely, do I even mention it, absolutely not.
