Well, I THOUGHT I was raised strict, but I didn't know what strict was until I moved to Mississippi. I was in UPC all my life and didn't know it was a sin to go to the fair, the circus, the Icescapdes, the rodeo, bowling, having a TV or a pool table in our house, etc. etc. etc. I was in culture shock at JCM!!

My Pastor was taught agains't playing pool when He went to Detroit to be Associate Pastor to Bro.Butcher,he was shocked that during blizzards and such the saints played pool in their homes.

I had a guy from JCM come home with me once and he wouldn't go downstairs because there was a pool table there. I couldn't believe it!!

My Pastor told us that in Detroit most of the saint's had pool tables in their basements for the winter months.

OK.....here's round #2. Mrs. MOW and my 17yr old son just got back from a movie, "The Last Mimzy." (rated PG, I added the rating before the truth police checked up on it) Any way, here is the email I received from our dearly esteemed "OnenessTheologian."
