Yes, and some people lose their religion over that very thing. Because if they don't get healed and aren't in control, then it just isn't for them.

The only thing worse is the people that tell them they didn't have enough faith or they would have been healed.

Yes, some people try to judge other's faith.

Telling someone that just reduces their faith rather than raises it. Some people end up being more prophet of doom and doubt than a prophet of hope and faith

Throughout the bible text Jesus accused people and His own disciples with "lack of faith" when miracles/healings weren't performed.
Once again Jesus heals all, and the problems lie on the reciepent's behalf.
