We should stay out of the Bedroom when it comes to this stuff!!
Well, YOU shouldn't stay out of the bedroom, but everyone else but YOU should!

We've gone skiing in the past where all the girls wore snow pants, but then put jean skirts over the snow pants. They were praised mightily for doing that, but to most people it just looked dumb. At the time they would have said it was a 'witness' but in reality it was just a conversation starter.

Their little legs couldn't be covered to keep them warm. They had to have a skirt on at all times. Never could figure out how it's more modest for a little girl to be showing off her underwear because she has a hard time keeping her skirt down, but if the parents put leggings on her - under her skirt, even - then it was suddenly a big issue. I had a friend who was given a little pajama set for her baby girl - about 3 months old. She took those pajama bottoms apart and made them into a skirt so she could wear them. A lot of time and effort goes into making sure they toe that line and don't cross it.
That's retarded. I put both of my babies in pants when they were babies. It is too hard for them to crawl in skirts - I don't ever do like Jeans of Cords but I do one pieces and softy material that always looks girlie. And yes, I have had people critcize me for it but I don't care, I do what I feel is right and if I feel it is wrong I will not do it. I see no problems with them wearing snowsuits if they are going to be out in the cold/snow for awhile playing either. And I def have no problem with PJ pants. I look at is as a modesty issue not as Pants themselves being the sin.

Okay, I haven't read the entire thread, but, HAVE to post this!

FIRST and LAST Youth Camp I ever attended (I was 12 yrs old....and I'm OLDER now! LOL). My friend and I were in the room with the matron. I kid you NOT, she wore a long sleeved, high necked, flannel gown every night. Okay, did I mention it was July and like 100 degrees outside with 100% humidity. But, I digress. Needless to say, friend and I were in PJ's. Hers were SHORTIES...mine were more modest!

Long story short, matron fell on her knees EVERY NIGHT and prayed loudly for our souls! Yep, last camp for me!

**I must qualify that Youth Camps are WONDERFUL and a blessing to our youth. This is only an example of something that happened to me.
