I knew all the churches in and around St. Louis but have not kept up with them very much since Harry Branding and later brother Guinn died. Gracious! That was a long time ago.

I know they have to "preach" a little, but I love when they make the funeral ALL about the person. What the others all said being personal about her and memories is what you remember.

I like Bro. Haney. I fear his 'reign' will be questioned by many because of things that the UPC has faced... however, in all fairness, these are the same challenges we would have faced regardless of whomever was Superintendent.

Again, Bro. Urshan was given great liberty that I don't think anybody hereafter will have from among the brethren.
